Grammar Patterns
-아/어요 (날씨 묘사) descriptive adjectives for weather Tiếng Hàn mô tả thời tiết bằng tính từ chia như động từ. Đuôi lịch sự -아/어요 gắn vào thân từ: 덥다 → 더워요, 춥다 → 추워요 (lưu ý bất quy tắc ㅂ).
오늘 날씨가 더워요. — The weather is hot today.
겨울에는 추워요. — It is cold in winter.
봄에는 따뜻해요. — It is warm in spring.
-아/어서 (이유) because (cause and effect) Nối nguyên nhân với kết quả. Gắn vào thân động từ hoặc tính từ, nghĩa là 'vì ...'. Thường dùng để giải thích ảnh hưởng của thời tiết, ví dụ 'Vì trời mưa nên tôi mang ô.'
비가 와서 우산을 가져왔어요. — Because it rained, I brought an umbrella.
더워서 창문을 열었어요. — It was hot, so I opened the window.
추워서 집에 있었어요. — It was cold, so I stayed home.
-(으)ㄹ 것 같다 it seems / probably will (weather guess) Dùng để phỏng đoán hoặc dự đoán. Gắn vào thân động từ/tính từ, nghĩa là 'có vẻ như' hoặc 'chắc sẽ'. Thường gặp trong dự báo thời tiết, ví dụ 'Có vẻ trời sắp mưa.'
내일 비가 올 것 같아요. — It looks like it will rain tomorrow.
오후에 추울 것 같아요. — It will probably be cold in the afternoon.
눈이 많이 올 것 같아요. — It seems like it will snow a lot.
